I was co-founder and Head of Product at Surveykiwi. The first version of the platform was launched in 2015, and in the following years it evolved significantly in design, technology and user experience.
When creating Surveykiwi, we set out to overcome a major limitation in form and survey platforms at the time, such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey, where the average completion rate barely reached 15%. That is, only 15 out of every 100 people finished a form they had started. With the innovative user experience that we designed and developed in Surveykiwi, we managed to raise that average completion rate to 90%.
This project is one of the proudest of my career, not only because of the effort and dedication invested, but also because Surveykiwi was awarded multiple times by different programs like Startup Chile, Startup Minas Gerais, Startup BRazil and Parallel 18.
The company was acquired in 2023 by Simply.
